Soccer is arguably the most popular sport in the world! LifeQuest has an indoor soccer house that allows you to play soccer in every season.
We offer League Play for Adults, Co-ed teams, High school Division and U division. See the links at the right for the latest League Calendars, schedules and registration forms.
Play with your team at LifeQuest
LifeQuest offers our small soccer field for field rentals as well as our gymnasium courts that are set up for futsal. You may reserve a court of field on a first come first serve basis. You may book up to 4 session in advance within the same month. No long term field/court rentals will be available without LifeQuest Management approval.
Bookings will take place at the top of each hour. $35.00 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours per team. Please note: payment will be due in advance for all field rentals.

LifeQuest brings back Dodgeball League!
Adult Co-Ed Dodgeball leauge registration is now open.
Games begin September 20th
Price: $350.00 plus tax per team. Teams can consist of 6 to 10 players. Players must be 18 years of age to participate.
Games will be held Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00-9:00 P.M.
To sign up, download a team registration form, or pick up a form in the Lobby at LifeQuest. Team fees are due upon registration.

*LifeQuest will require players cards for all participants and field rentals. Players cards can be purchased at the service desk at LifeQuest for $10.00 including tax. The card will be valid for play for one full year at LifeQuest. All players must register for a players card prior to the first game.

LifeQuest will be accepting registrations for :
Men's A and B Division
Players Cards will be required for all players and field rentals at LifeQuest. Players cards will be $10.00 including tax and will be valid for one full year at LifeQuest. Players must register for a plyers card prior to their first game.

Please provide the following information on your form:
- Tournament or league you are registering for
- Captain's full Name
- Captain's telephone number
- Captain's email address
- Team Name
- Names of the team players

Little Kickers
September session : September 7-30. Two classes weekly 8 classes total in the session.
All classes have a maximum capacity of 12 children. Please register early to ensure your spot in class!
3-4 Year Old Classes 5:00-6:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
5-6 year old Classes 5:00-6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
Monthly class price: $60.00 plus tax ($64.98)
Cancellation policy:
Class cancellations can be made up to one day before the session begins. Refunds for early cancellations will be mailed within 10 business days of the cancellation. Late cancellations will not receive a refund but will be allowed to register for a future class free of charge.

To register your child:
1. Pick up a registration form in the lobby at LifeQuest and register your child in person. (payment is due upon registration )
