BodyJam comes to LifeQuest!
The time has come to take dance class to the streets! BodyJam will roll out with the latest in hip-hop and world dance on January 16th. This will take place during our Quarterly Launch of new classes and new music and choreography for all of the group exercise department. Members and guests are invited to kick it up a notch this winter and experience BODYJAM!
