At LifeQuest we offer several options for Personal Training.  Extreme Personal Training offers you one-on-one time with one of our trainers.  Our Group Personal Training classes offer many of the benefits of personal training translated into a group class setting. For those interested in improving their athletic performance, LifeQuest has F.A.S.T. athlete training program.  The F.A.S.T. program is designed to help athletes by designing a training program around their specific needs as an athlete. Gravity Group Personal Training

Working out on our Gravity Power Towers is unlike any workout you have tried in the past!  You will utilize more muscle in every exercise performed as well as add flexibility (greater range of motion) and core strength to your body!  This 45 Minute class is a full body workout.  Gravity is a small group personal training class.  

Gravity is an additional fee, above membership dues.  If you are a current member and have not tried Gravity before, you may enroll in a free intro. class to try it out!
