Something for everyone in your family!
LifeQuest is a family-friendly fitness center with activities for all ages! We offer a Kids' Club (starting at 8 weeks - 5 years of age) and LifeQuest Lounge (for those 6-13 years of age) to keep our youngest members entertained.
Lifequest Kids ages 12-13 can work out with parental guidance on our main floor and may also take group exercise classes with parents.
At age 14 LifeQuest Kids can work out independently without supervision. A complimentary personal training evaluation is recommended for all teens.
We also offer kids programs in soccer and rock climbing. Little Kickers is a soccer program where kids can learn the fundamentals of the game. Children ages 6 to 13, who are members of LifeQuest, can participate in rock climbing and other active games as part of our pre-teen center activities schedule.
If your child is not a member, you can bring them in as a guest at $5.00 per visit to participate in our pre-teen center activities. * We now offer unlimited monthly visits to our LifeQuest Lounge. See details in our Lounge details.

LifeQuest Offers Birthday Parties and Event Planning for any occassion! Let LifeQuest do all of the party planning for you, and you can enjoy the day without all the work!
Party Time
Our parties are scheduled for two hours and include: Themed party decorations, 10 helium balloons, our Party Co-ordinator and one activity. Our parties are set to serve 12 guests. Additional guests can be planned for, see the extras package at the bottom of the page.
Activities: Choose 1
Rock Wall Adventure- Children must be at least 5 years of age to participate.
LifeQuest Lounge Extravaganza- Our game room is equiped with Wii, air hockey, foos ball and dance, dance revolution.
Sports-O-Rama- Soccer, Dodgeball or Basketball.
Party Packages: Choose 1
A: 1/4 sheet cake, ice cream and beverages ( you can bring your own food if you would like) $150.00 plus tax
B: 1/4 sheet cake, ice cream and beverages 1 large pizza and bread sticks $170.00 plus tax
C:1/4 sheet cake, ice cream and beverages 1 large pizza w/ bread sticks plus a pinata. or a second pizza $200.00 plus tax
Party Themes: Choose 1
Transformers, Spiderman, Pirates of the Caribean, Cars, Spongebob, Sports, Hannah Montana, Disney Princess, Dora, Dogs or Beach.
Party Extras you can add:
Extra 1/2 Gallon Ice Cream- $3.00
Each Child after 12- $5.00 each ( must be booked with party in advance)
Birthday T-shirts $15.00 each (must have 3 weeks advance notice for printing and delivery)

Kid’s Club: 8 week - 5 year olds
Our kids club is a fun recreation center for little ones. Our Kid’s club staff provide a safe and healthy environment for your children to play games, work on crafts and interact with young ones their own age while parents work out. Kid’s Club hours are. Kid’s Club may be purchased by the hour or by the month. Please contact a membership representative for full pricing and details.

LifeQuest Lounge: 6 - 13 year olds
A great recreational setting for LifeQuest members to play active video games, foosball, and air hockey. Our LifeQuest staff will also assist the kids in active play in dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, rock climbing and soccer!
Members must sign their children into the LifeQuest Lounge upon entering the facility and sign them out when picking the kids up. Non-Members can use the LifeQuest lounge for a $5.00 day fee.
Are you a member and want to try the LifeQuest Lounge for your kids before you decide to add them to your membership?
We now offer Unlimited visits to the LifeQuest Lounge for $15.00 per month for one child. $25.00 per month for an entire family ( up to 5 children ages 6 to 13 years of age) You can sign up for this service on a monthly basis. LifeQuest Lounge fees will be added to your monthly billed membership dues.
LifeQuest Lounge is open 4:00-8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
