Our classes offer lots of fun ways to get moving and get fit!

Members of a sports club have many reasons for their interest in this type of facility. Some are drawn to the physical fitness or weight-loss advantages. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. LifeQuest Fitness Center offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well. BodyCombat

BodyCombat is a fun filled Boxing and Martial Arts based class. You will punch, jab, kick and sweat like crazy. You will find several modalities of martial arts and boxing based moves from Brazilian Jujitsu to Muay Tai. This class packs a calorie burning punch!

BodyFlow

BodyFlow replaces our Yoga classes at LifeQuest. This Les Mills based class incorporates Tai Chi, Yoga Salutations, Hip Openers, balance, strength and adds Pilates for core strength. This blended class will improve flexibility and range of motion, increase strength and balance and reduce stress. This is not a wimpy sit and stretch class. You will be challenged!

BodyJam

BodyJam is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.

BodyPump

Join us for Les Mills - BodyPump. Hailed as the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! You'll love this strength endurance class where muscles and music blend together for a maximum workout! It's like having your own personal trainer in a group setting! Maximum results in the shortest amount of time!

BodyStep

BodyStep by Les Mills is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardioblast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you'll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer!

Cardio Fusion

This class includes different non-stop cardio modalities incorporated with intervals of resistance, core and balance training. a complete total body "Functional" workout. 60 min.

RPM

Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning. You can vary your programs so that you can alternate between fitness and fat burning, or a program that includes both. And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.

Taekwon-Do

Martial arts are practiced for health and fitness, sport, law enforcement, spiritual benefits as well as for self-defense. Our martial arts programs will challenge your muscles, coordination, balance, cardiovascular system and mind. Our classes combine an aerobic workout while teaching self-defense.

Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!
