Philosophy
 
I believe that every person is unique and so are their fitness and nutrition needs. We each have history that makes us who we are. I would like to be a character in your story that cares about your fitness lifestyle....not just during the hour in the gym....but the other 23 hours as well. Caring about where you have been in your fitness journey, where you are at now and helping you get to where you would like to be.... for YOU.
 
As your personal trainer I will give you my best effort, work with you side by side all along the way, hold you accountable, track your journey, celebrate your victories and help you finish strong.

Pam’s strengths include training the client that is new to fitness, the Women’s Zone, strength and Gravity training, flexibility and nutrition.

I became interested in fitness and nutrition during an extended time of illness followed by rehab for an injury.  I have a passion for health because I know how it affects every aspect of our daily lives. I would love to work with you….and hear your story.
